Foster carers that transfer to us do so for the following reasons:
- We always aim to place Lewisham children with our own carers first
- Very wide matching range of 0-18
- Competitive allowance payments of up to £650 per week per child
- Welcome payment of £1,500
- Support and training is local, and our service has a real ‘family feel’ with regular meet-ups and celebration events
- We don’t make a profit from fostering – our key focus is to support children and young people
