Financial support for Staffordshire foster carers
It is really important that our foster carers are rewarded for what they do.
The amount we pay depends on the number of children looked after and how old they are – up to £679 per week per child, and £880 per week per child for resilience foster carers.
In addition to this, we also make payments including those to cover birthdays, holidays and religious festivals.

Expenses are also paid for mileage, equipment and clothing. These depend on individual circumstances, but we ensure that none of our foster carers are out of pocket.
